Amendment

Kindly note that a typo occured while writing their Maltese spelling list today and I would like to draw it to your attention:

Fl’ istalla should read fl-istalla.

May I kindly ask you to amend this on the children’s copybk. to avoid confusion during assessment.
Regard
Ms Gaby

Today 10/10

Goodafternoon once again,

With our first Maltese dictation behind us, I must say that the majority did their very best in studying this list. Others might need  to study a bit harder next time. Just for you parents, for each dictation I will be assigning a star/sticker to all the children who managed to get 6 or more words right. Others  need to focus more, Im sure next time you will get one. A new set of words were given out, to be copied once, to be returned on Wednesday.

Junior 2A Today I realized that around five children had their first set of words stuck on the wrong copybk. Today I made sure that the second set is stuck on the ‘Vokabularju’ copybk.  We shall carry on with the vocab. list on the Vokabularju copybk.

English: Working with Punctuation and Jumbled sentences. With both classes I used the Interactive whiteboard  to actually work hands on in re arranging given sentences, as shown in the photos below. I do suggest that you reinforce this skill at home by actually cutting up a couple of sentences and asking the kids to re order them. This would eventually help them with their sentence formation and independence in similar work on their workbks.
